This class involved producing a drawing of an object, focusing on tone and shade. The shape was a folded piece of black paper which showed a large range dark and highlighted areas.
The image below is my finished drawing for the class. I think i managed to create a good range of tones however I think I was a bit heavy on the darker areas of the drawing. Blending tones together is another part of the drawing I need to practice, as there is a clear divide between light and dark. The highlights on the other hand is something I was really pleased with.
